The KOLA Method :

Conscious of the standard required for our Debate-Synthesis-Action strategy, it is important for the Leadership to clarify certain zones of potential shades, relating to the initiation of the subjects in one of the three headings of discussions of LAKOLA, namely: " Politique et Société - Politics and Society" " Economie et Société - Economy and Society" " Droit et Société - Law & Society"

1) WHO ?
All the "Co-opted, Moderating members and Administrators" of LAKOLA can initiate a topic in these headings, under the only conditions hereafter :
- to make sure that the discussions on the subject can be held in coherence with respect to our strategy.
- to clearly make an original proposal as for the Objectives, possible Means and Method. It is obviously understood that the topic initiators are also the only ones allowed to take part in the debates on the forum.

2) WHAT ?
The subject to be created must be in unquestionable connection with the fields of knowledge mentioned in the heading (politics & society- economics & society- law & society).

3) HOW ?
In the simplest manner which is, by clicking on the button "new Thread" in the heading concerned.

4) WHEN ?
Even when the energy of all KOLAS would be required in every subject up to the definition of the action to take, only the individual inspiration and good judgement should be used to determine the timing of a subject creation on LAKOLA.

Remark:
The concept of action is to be taken in its most pragmatic assertion. Thus, two great options have so far been retained as viable manifestation of this action.
